IDM Media Relations efforts are targeted towards building and enhancing relationships with all our media partners (media houses and reporters). It helps us to own and control our narrative around our brand, products and services. We continually reach out to all media partners, forging and maintaining authentic relationships with them to help us tell our good story. Additionally, our media strategies allow us to drive and propel our business agenda to achieve the goals set for us by our shareholder. It not only aims to enhance positive public perceptions about our institution, but also supports our effort to share information to cement our credibility and reputation within the industry and beyond.

IDM Facilitates Sustainable Livelihoods Approach Workshop in Goodhope The Institute of Development Management (IDM) was honoured to be invited by the Goodhope District Council, through the Department of Social and Community Development, to facilitate a workshop on the Sustainable Livelihoods Approach (SLA). The workshop, held under the theme “SLA – Key to Transformative Development,” aimed at cascading the Sustainable Livelihoods Approach to Extension Officers, Community Development Officers, and Social Welfare Officers across the district. As a knowledge partner in development, IDM remains committed to strengthening institutional capacity and empowering frontline practitioners with practical tools that drive sustainable, community-led transformation.
