Consultancy

IDM has a multidisciplinary and professional team of consultants in the areas of Public Health, Business and Information Resources Management and Human Resource and Organizational Development. Through our continued commitment to the provision of quality consultancy services, IDM has experienced a significant increase in service demand from both the local and international markets over the years. Botswana’s development partners, Government departments, the business community and the civil society organizations are among some of the clients that IDM has rendered its consultancy services.

Service provision is either client initiated, where a client identifies a gap and directly seeks the engagement of IDM to explore possible solutions to address the gap or provider initiated-where IDM responds to a publicly advertised call to bid.

In the recent past, we have successfully completed consultancy work on tuberculosis in the mines, HIV and feeding approaches, Family strengthening programme feasibility study, HIV and community involvement, upgrading of the hospitality industry and exploration of sustainable strategies among SMMEs.
