Description
The purpose of this course is to build employees capacity to embrace the strategy planning and performance management, to develop plans and to implement them with a view to improve performance at all levels within their organizations. The delivery of the content takes into account that participants may come from different fields of operation hence their exposure to the subject matter may vary. The content will however cover generic
concepts of strategic planning through to more complex exercise of development of scorecards, performance appraisal and reporting.
