Course Objective: The course is designed to provide an in-depth all round understanding of Project Management at undergraduate level, enabling the
graduate to work in the projects in any field. The degree in Project Management will equip students with skills and competencies which are in high demand in Botswana and globally. The graduates will be able to contribute to the overall success of businesses by ensuring the projects are completed within the constraints of time, cost and quality. Learners will enrol for modules such as Project Management Fundamentals, Project Change Management, Project Risk and Value Management, Implementation and Control, Project/Internship. Upon completion, graduates can pursue a project management career in any sector. Building And Construction, Manufacturing, Education, Health etc.

| Formative assessment (40%) | Course work component of the modules shall be assessed by continuous assessment (CA). This totals 40% for the CA. |
| Summative assessment (60%) | Modules shall be assessed by Course work, Research Project and a final examination paper for each of the courses studied. There will be a mandatory examination at the end of semester which will contribute to 60% of the final assessment grade. The Research Project/ Practicum will constitute 100% of the final mark. Candidates will be required to undertake the research project or practicum for a full semester |
