Course Objective: The programme is designed to equip participants with the knowledge and skills to contribute significantly to the operation and improvement of the contemporary supply chains. It will enable participants to successfully respond to demands of a wide range of supply chain environments.

Target Group: Holders of BA (Hons) / Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in relevant subject or CIPS Level 6

Minimum requirements

To be considered for this course candidates must have at least one of the following qualifications:

 Must have successfully completed an honours degree (or equivalent) in a relevant subject such as; Bachelor’s degree in logistics and supply chain management, business administration, information systems or technology, accountancy, operations management, or human resource management or
 Equivalent Level 6 qualification on the UK Higher Education Qualification Framework (level 8 of the Botswana’s National Credit & Qualifications Framework) such as CIPS Graduate Diploma
ï‚· If English is not their first language they will need to complete a Secure English Language Test at IELTS 6.5 or equivalent with no band less than 6.0
ï‚· Candidates may be required to attend an interview and/or provide a portfolio of work.

Formative assessment (40%)

Formative assessments are activities that do not contribute to learner’s overall module grade. They are however an integral part of the learning strategy for a module and they are required to complete them. They will be marked and learners will receive feedback on their level of achievement.

Summative assessment (60%)

Summative assessments are those assessment activities for which the marks will contribute to the overall module grade. Learners will also receive feedback on these assessments so that they will know what they have done well and where they can improve.
